The Big Shots Guarantee, Warranty & Disclaimer


The Big Shots 'Party On' Guarantee (aka return policy)
We offer a 30 day ‘Party On’ guarantee. If for any reason you are bummed about your Big Shots purchase within the first 30 days, you can return it with no hassle and free of charge. (with the exception of shipping fees)

Product Limited Warranty
Big Shots is passionate about the development of our products, and stand by what we sell 100%. Big Shots warrants that all products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and service, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase as established by the purchase receipt. During the Warranty Period, Big Shots will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

What products are covered by this Limited Warranty?
This limited warranty covers Big Shots mount kits, drinkware, and other Big Shots accessories (the Product) when purchased directly from Big Shots or a Big Shots authorized reseller.

Who this warranty extends to?
This limited warranty extends to the original purchaser or original recipient (in case of gift) of the Big Shots product.  Any exceptions will be at the sole discretion of Big Shots.

What will we do to correct problems?
At its discretion, Big Shots may repair or replace the defective Product or defective component in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty period.  The replacement Product will be warrantied only for the unexpired period of the original Products Applicable Warranty Period.

What is not covered?
The Limited Warranty does not apply if the Product has been damaged as a result of misuse, modifications, or improper maintenance.

What do you have to do?
​To obtain warranty service, you must first contact Big Shots to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution. Any faulty product approved for warranty must be shipped back to Big Shots (at purchasers expense) for evaluation before replacement product will be fulfilled. Product Liability Disclaimer
In no event shall Big Shots be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of our products. Everyone, please party responsibly.
